Please allow 2 to 3 days for processing. All products are handmade in small batches. For any customizations, please allow additional time. Feel free to email us at [email protected] or use the "Contact" tab on this site. Orders are typically mailed on Saturdays. However if you place an order on Friday, your order may be shipped the following week.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Each item is inspected prior to being shipped. Therefore, decorUS skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, broken or damaged items during transit.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. Exchanges of our products are not accepted due to sanitary reasons.
